Since most people don't like to go to several stores for all of their items, I've compiled a few of my favorites here for your convenience. Many of these items are things that we discuss in class that are hard to find in a rural area. Some of them are just plain fun. :-)

I love to research and read reviews. If I think something is worth buying (i.e., if I want to buy it myself!) I will research it to find the best choice and add it to the store for you. That way you don't have to do the leg work if you don't want to. In some instances I have provided more than one brand of the same item if I think the quality is equal.
If you go to Amazon through the Lean For Life website, you will not be limited to look solely at the product that you went in there for. You are free to roam around Amazon at your will.
